I get scared when I'm sad.

I have suicidal thoughts.

I don't want to die, I just want everything to stop.

Post secret, possibly one of the most popular blogs of all time, has one problem.

not all secrets get posted.

and there are so many that get sent in that people need others to know, but that will never see the light of day.
